Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using the app "CreditStar" (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Scope of License

CreditStar Team grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The credit card rewards, cashback rates, and mileage redemption rules displayed in CreditStar are for reference purposes only.

While we strive to keep the data accurate, bank policies change frequently. We do not guarantee the immediate accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any financial data presented. You should always verify the specific terms with your card issuer before making large transactions.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
Copy or reuse the design, "Starry" character, or 3D assets without our written permission.

4. No Warranty

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall CreditStar Team be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or missed cashback rewards) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Application.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

本應用程式是按「原樣 (As-Is)」和「可提供 (As-Available)」的基礎提供。我們不作任何明示或暗示的保證，包括但不限於適銷性、特定用途適用性及不侵權的暗示保證。

5. 責任限制 (Limitation of Liability)

在法律允許的最大範圍內，CreditStar Team 在任何情況下均不對因使用或無法使用本應用程式而引起的任何特殊、附帶、間接或後果性損害（包括但不限於利潤損失、數據丟失或錯失信用卡回贈）承擔責任。

我們保留隨時修改本條款的權利。若閣下在修訂後的條款發布後繼續使用本應用程式，即表示閣下接受並同意該等更改。
